Description

ERP Integration Managers will find an opening with one of Robert Half's clients, a local organization. The ERP Integration Manager will demonstrate the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. As the ERP Integration Manager, you will have primary responsibility for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. It is important for the chosen candidate to lead and analyze key process improvements and work with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. Major responsibilities

- Come together with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system

- Entrusted with implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization

- Strategize and handle the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day project management, risk management, and issues

- Consistent status reporting to senior leadership

- Serve as the point of escalation for any issues related to the researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, ERP systems, and requests across the enterprise

- Cooperate with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems

- Govern with various organization employees to comprehensibly train on processes and procedures of ERP

- Entrusted with the advancement and revamp of ERP technical instructions and user documentation

- Team up with main employees to define and realize functionality that provides operational improvements

Requirements

- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience

- This position requires a candidate who has completed at least 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects

- The ideal candidate for this job can thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes

- You'll be a top candidate if you show us you can serve as key ERP configuration resource and ensure successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines

- Infor experience

- Command of Infor

- Vendor Management experience

- Manufacturing experience highly desired

- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

- Strong familiarity with enterprise resource planning

- Adeptness in EDI

- Proven success acting in a project management capacity

- The eventual hire will demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts

- You'll be great at this position if you feel you can lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions
