At least 7-10 years of experience in project management experience or related project delivery
Responsible to lead key aspects of the day to day execution of the enterprise class IT project while ensuring project objectives and strategic goals are met
Demonstrated ability to collaborate to create a detailed work plan which identifies project deliverables, milestones, required tasks and assignment of duties and responsibilities.
Monitor and manage project risks, develop contingency plans and identify trigger events; take corrective actions when necessary, renegotiating scope and constraints if required, escalate when appropriate and coordinate issue resolution
Plan and facilitate regular team meetings to review current progress, issues, issues and risks
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and able to communicate clearly and credibly at all levels of the organization
Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including execution of root cause analysis of systems and data issues
Proven history of successful conflict resolution that maintains a positive and open environment
Understanding of testing concepts through the software development lifecycle (unit, performance, regression) and capability to write test cases and test plans
Preferred:
- Experience in Financial services industry and Commercial lending domain
- Experience with JIRA and Clarity
- PMP Certification is a plus
