General Laborer

Description:This company is searching for General Laborers in Niles, MI. They specialize in environmental services for hazardous waste disposal and removal, lab pack services, and pharmaceutical waste disposal and management.The chosen candidate would be responsible for a variety of duties in maintaining operations of RMW (regulated medical waste) processing, storage and inventory of non-regulated and universal wastes. Also, loading and offloading hazardous waste/material from vehicle to vehicle.Hours:8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday through Friday)Pay:$14.00/hr (+$4.80/hr health and welfare bonus = $18.80/hr)

Responsibilities and Job Duties:Loading and unloading of trucks

Movement of drums and other waste containers

Processing regulated medical wastes

Sorting and categorizing waste streams

Using forklift and pallet jack to transport materials

loading and unloading of waste processing equipment

Timely turn-in of required documentation as required
