What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Coordinator? You’ll be:Coordinating operations through interaction with operations management

Coordinating activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting based on direction from Operations management

Stopping work and immediately reporting any major injury hazards

Reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard

Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards, policies, procedures & regulations

Using appropriate personal protective equipment

Promoting interdependence by looking out for one another

Correcting hazards within your control and capabilities

Recognizing how your work may impact the environment and working to minimize the negative impact

Leading HSE Training and actively engaging workforce

QualityFollowing all applicable standard work, work instruction/process documentation and establishing quality procedures

Raising issues to minimize cost and quality exposures

Performing quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices

Identifying and controlling non-conforming material

DeliveryReceiving incoming goods, accurately sorting, labelling/packaging, storing goods, and arranging storage to optimize warehouse space

Operating manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per customer expectations

Demonstrating a high level of competency in core work skills

Working at the required cycle time or defined engineering standard

TeamworkCommunicating effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams

Ensuring training completion in line with business requirements

Seeking ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development

Ensuring a clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and machine cleaning tasks, and supporting planned operator care and maintenance tasks

Remaining flexible and performing other miscellaneous duties to meet business goals

Working with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment in need of repair

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:Experience driving a fork truck

Warehouse experience including handling and packaging material and reading a Bill of Material for part picking
