- Define PIM/DAM enterprise requirements across the business and IT teams and lead the implementation of a new enterprise solution and associated processes
- Responsible for staying abreast of the PIM/DAM system product roadmap, influencing that roadmap based on the needs of our client’s organization and caring for necessary upgrades and maintenance of the system
- Establishment and maintenance of workflow within the PIM/DAM system
- Establishment and maintenance of interfaces and workflows for our client’s partners to establish new products and maintain existing product data per our client’s standards that accommodate all outbound channels
- Establishment of data standards across the categories that meet the needs of the merchants, marketers, and our neighbors
- Establishment and maintenance of interface standards to our client’s systems, such as the website and other external channels to support our digital marketing efforts
- Regular evaluation of enterprise product processes/data needs and update system and inbound/outbound interfaces to accommodate
- Establishment of product publish SLAs, monitors performance / quality and enhances as needed
- Responsible for QA process to ensure product data accuracy and consistency
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in Product Information Management as a PIM analyst or business analyst
- Experience leading across multiple internal and external stakeholders and aligning multiple viewpoints into a shared vision and roadmap
- Strong data analytic skills and project management experience
- Comfortable in dynamic, fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge/experience with Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics, Content Hub or other related PIM/DAM and/or ERP systems
