Client Facing Business Support Analyst Overview of Position The Client Facing Business Support Analyst will work directly with customers and coordinate efforts between support, IT and enrollment. This person will address escalations to clients concerns and investigate process failures or performance issues. This role involves heavy data analysis.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Handle escalated service requests regarding claims, ERA’s and reporting.

Performs detailed research and analysis to determine reason for claim, or ERA failures and provide clear explanation to clients and vendors

Document activities and maintain communication with client via online, email and phone calls as dictated by the situation

Provide guidance to L1 reps to assist early resolution of issues where possible

Log into phone systems in emergency situations to assist callers

Engage payers on the client’s behalf to assist and drive timely resolutions to payer related issues

What are the requirements needed for this position?2+ years of experience working with end clients to resolve issues

2+ years of experience in client facing and/or account management

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the information exchange between providers, clearinghouses and payers

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Knowledge of Unix, Windows

Professional communication, critical thinking, problem solving, technical aptitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills

Excellent time management skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results

Positive proactive, customer service attitude
