100% Onsite Project.This position provides communication/change management functions for the Azure/Agile Proof of Concept Project (Agile Transformation). This Agile Transformation Project requires a fully dedicated Change Manager due to the level of complexity, degree of intricate detail and accountability to executive leadership, and the significant amount of change that will affect the organization/resources. This position will offer industry standardized change management best practices, while simultaneously providing strategic/planned change management plans to ensure consistency with the desired agile end state for the client/IT partners. The work is needed to fulfill the strategic/tactical direction that will directly satisfy the client's expectations toward fulfilling their IT Roadmap, along with addressing the IT Strategic Plan's initiatives/pillars that are needed for protecting existing state revenues, producing budgetary savings by fulfilling specific return on investments measures.• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesApply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.• Support communication effortsSupport the design, development, delivery and management of communications.• Assess the change impactConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.• Support training effortsProvide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Additional responsibilities included:• Complete change management assessments• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics• Identify and manage anticipated resistance• Consult and coach project teams, based on change management methodology• Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan• Support and engage senior leadersThanks,Sam CNC Consulting, Inc.
