Kelly is happy to exclusively present a long term contract opportunity for a Remote Creative Lead/Director at our client inMidland MI. Remote Creative Lead/Director Exceptional visual and written communication skills. Mastery of Design (layout, user experience, etc.) and Graphic Design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Experience with animation/video production and eLearning development. Experience with Lectora Inspire and Adobe Captivate a plus. Mindful of clean, clear, consistent design meant to be easy to understand and support retention of knowledge. Exceptional ability to interpret and articulate complex ideas and processes into engaging visuals for any solution (eLearning, Video, Infographics, Web, etc.). Exceptional ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to other designers. Ability to understand target audience and design for learners of various backgrounds, roles, and levels of education and experience (Seasonal Workers, Engineers, Executives, etc.). Ability to recognize gaps, respond professionally to critical feedback, and ask thought provoking follow up questions to close gaps and ensure high quality. Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrate initiative and a results-based orientation. Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet. Work both independently and within a team. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking, able to manage multi-step procedures, handle interruptions in the workflow, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Exhibits professionalism and composure in stressful situations and in meeting short deadlines. Mindful of creating inclusive content to cater to a global and diverse workforce. Ability to do voiceover/voice acting work and experience working with sound equipment is a plus. Working knowledge of Adobe Audition, Audacity, Logic Pro X, or similar software is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a look and feel for all learning solutions that pulls learners in and makes them excited to learn new things across multiple delivery methods (i.e. Animated video, live action video, infographics, e-learning modules, instructor led training, communications, etc.) Distill complex processes and concepts into easy to understand graphics/illustrations. Familiarize yourself with complex ideas and complete any additional research as needed. Work with other team members and subject matter experts to understand the message and feeling your client is trying to convey. Ask pinpointed questions to close any gaps or help guide your client to the best design. Work closely daily with designer, video production, etc. to ensure the final product meets or exceeds expectations. Ensure all designs support learning objectives with the goal of creating performance improvements across our company. Complete design projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements with our Company's branding in mind. Ensure all-around consistency (style, tone, theme, etc.) Work with script writer to weave any relevant visual cues/direction into your designs/videos to ensure you are supporting the message/story they have created. Review all training prototypes and provide detailed and direct feedback to ensure high design standards are met. As needed, serve as voice actor/audio editor to record video scripts with enthusiasm and clarity. Collaborate with Learning Team and Subject Matter Experts to: Understand needs and potential gaps in our content and recommend closures. Provide feedback to learning specialists and designers. Mentor fellow team members on your areas of expertise. Manages projects and timelines effectively: Update project plans weekly. Meet deadlines and provide clear hand offs to next phase of the development process. Provide regular progress updates to Instructional Systems Designers and stakeholders. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. Additional Details:
