Quality Program Senior Manager - Risk and Financial AdvisoryPerforms a wide range of project or initiative leadership duties supporting Advisory's Delivery Excellence QRM Leader (DE QRM Leadership) in the execution of the overall Quality Program. Responsible for the successful launch of refreshed Quality Program which will require close collaboration between Advisory and Consulting and involve customization of technology, approach and processes to align with Advisory's portfolio and risk profile.The role will evolve and will require agility. A successful candidate will drive the evolution of Advisory's Quality Program as well as demonstrate flexibility to successfully address other priorities and ad-hoc projects as requested.Work you'll do

Work closely with DE QRM Leadership to:

Refresh Advisory's Quality Program to capture and provide objective and timely feedback on engagement quality risks and strategies to mitigate issues.

Streamline quality review activities that includes leveraging a robust set of tools, processes, and actions to provide client service leaders transparency into the delivery health of their portfolios and facilitate rapid issue identification and problem resolution.

Determine how to effectively implement the Quality Program for Advisory with available resources, understanding that requested resources will not be in place on Day 1.

Design roles and define responsibilities for the Quality Program Team (Quality Specialists and Quality Reporting & Analytics) that appropriately meets the needs of Advisory's refreshed Quality Program and incorporates flexibility and prioritization given resource constraints

Design roles and define responsibilities for Quality Champions and Risk Managers that appropriately meets the needs of Advisory's refreshd Quality Program and incorporates flexibility and prioritization given resource constraints

Customize Advisory's approach without compromising its effectiveness.

Initial responsibilities, which may be customized to meet Advisory's needs and available resources, include:

Own the Quality Program infrastructure and its continual improvement

Own relationship with Quality Champions and Delivery Excellence Leaders

Manage work of Quality Specialists

Coordinate with Quality Champions and Risk Managers on the assignment of Lead Engagement Reviewers and management of Reviewer Check-Ins and/or Engagement Reviews

Own the continual improvement of the Health Check (HC) process

Oversee creation of regular reporting as well as address ad hoc requests

Provide Lead Engagement Reviewer and Quality Champion training in a cadence deemed necessary

Implement standards for engagement status notes

Serve as the Quality Champions' primary point of contact for questions on their portfolio

Set up/run the periodic Quality Champion, Risk Manager and Finance meetings (1 per period)

Understand context of potential problem projects (including Tier 1 / 2 projects) and mitigation strategies in order to facilitate the evaluation of issues by the Quality Champions, Finance leaders and Risk Managers of projects with potential delivery risks

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 5 to 10 years of related experience

Strong executive presence, project management/delivery, demonstrated commitment to collaboration and upward management skills for working with senior leaders

Ability to think both strategically and tactically

Agility to work well in new/developing areas with a positive and flexible attitude

Strong executive communication skills

Proficient Microsoft Office skills

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Proven track record influencing a diverse set of stakeholders and driving common outcomes with a strong understanding of the engagement lifecycle

Excellent leadership skills including ability to prioritize critical needs, act decisively, and handle a high volume of complex tasks within a given timeframe

Proven willingness to listen and learn, and a consistent record of making and explaining appropriate decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of the QRM organization and its initiatives to refresh and monitor delivery quality

Experience with Deloitte in a client facing or management level support role is strongly preferred.

Aptitude to support the future state needs of our QRM organization

Education: BBA/BA/BS in related field, Masters' Degree is desirable
