The Senior Revenue Accountant is responsible for properly calculating and recording revenue in accordance with US GAAP, calculating and recording fulfillment costs for long-term customer contracts and reconciling related general ledger accounts.On a day-to-day basis the Senior Revenue Accountant will partner with FP&A and Operations and will interact regularly with team members across the Controllership organization.Responsibilities:

Monthly close processes including recording revenue for multiple revenue streams, recording deferred fulfillment costs, and ensuring key close milestones are completed on time

Act as the point person for technical accounting inquiries related to revenue and associated contract cost recognition

Calculate and record the allowance for doubtful accounts

Works on smaller elements of large, complex accounting projects. Leads smaller, less-complex accounting projects.

Execute internal controls related to revenue, deferred costs, and accounts receivable in compliance with the Company’s SOX program.

Prepare footnotes for quarterly and annual SEC filings

Interact with various leaders within Controllership

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar degree

At least 2 years of accounting experience with some Public Accounting experience

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure completed or in process of completion

Successfully worked across functional areas and comfortable explaining accounting concepts to non-accountants

Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time

Desired Qualifications:

Oracle ERP Cloud proficiency a is plus, but not a must
