Qualifications

Overall passion and commitment to QA/testing.
8 or more years of experience, with increasing responsibilities.
Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other related field of study.
Good knowledge of QA methodologies, concepts, and processes.
Excellent testing skills.
Good SQL skills; ability to create complex queries.
Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., qTest, JIRA, Quality Center).
Good knowledge of, and experience in, Agile methodology and related processes.
Knowledge of FICO origination manager is desirable.
Ability to define requirements/user stories is desirable.
Software development experience is desirable.

salary: $41 - 51 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

Development of the testing artifacts required for each assigned initiative.
Oversee the assigned QA personnel on the project, in all levels of test execution
Participate in test execution as necessary.
Evaluate testing results and logged issues/defects.
Communicate testing results, level of quality, and product readiness to QA Management and the project team.
Participate in release planning and product roll-out.
Identify gaps in the QA and testing processes, and work with QA Manager to address them.
Provide guidance to less experienced QA personnel.
