Auto Advantage - Retail Business Analyst (BA)Hybrid - Detroit, MI 12 month contract

Responsible for capturing, validating and modeling data identified through business working session with the purpose of understanding and drawing conclusions from data (may be presented in charts, graphs, and/or tables).
Review the moved data from source to target, conduct analysis of the data and test the integrity and validate the entire process of moving the data.
Assist with documentation, test writing and development of reporting for the before and after results of the data with multiple test cycles and production deliverables.

Do you have a passion for data and analytics? Would you enjoy helping the migration team solve a variety of interesting, ever-changing problems? Can you read and write Oracle SQL code and conduct comparative analysis of data with minimal direction to locate data anomalies or differences? Are you capable of reading, editing or writing VB (Visual Basics) code? Are you experienced in developing test cases and manually executing them? Do you have experience in developing automation of test execution? Are you self-motivated to trouble shoot a problem and bring to resolution and/or work with others to resolve?

If you possess a robust data analysis capability, and business intelligence background with strong, hands-on problem-solving experiences.
If you are comfortable learning new technologies and systems, gaining or possessing business acumen, and being a subject matter expert.
If you have a great work ethic, deliver results on multiple areas or projects with thoughtful attention to detail by working with internal and external partners, and can innovate with a customer-service mindset.
If you will deliver test results, develop reporting and analytical solutions to ascertain accuracy of the migrated and/or merged data, then you may be a candidate for the Advantage Business Data Migration Analyst position!
This position plays a pivotal role in the Advantage strategic program in modernizing key Information Technology systems and building a foundation that drives business transformation, while maintaining the integrity of data.
The Analyst will drive through the data management needs of migration, comparative analysis and help manage the data merge activities to deliver a strong source to target solution for customers.
