- 3 years of HRIS administration experience?
- Experience using Workday
- Experience interacting with payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence and/or benefit teams
- Strong communication and customer service skills?
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills?
- Strong computer skills, especially with Excel, as well as other technical skills?
- Function as a company expert on technical matters regarding HR systems' functionality
- Serve as a liaison with HR systems vendors
- Provide internal technical support to ensure the adequate functioning of the HR systems and interfaces and serve as the initial contact for troubleshooting system errors?
- Monitor system outages, communicate with impacted business areas and coordinate with software vendors and other business areas
- Monitor and manage system updates, maintenance and upgrades and communicate with impacted business areas
