Position Description: We are looking for creative individuals join us on our journey help further the vision and mission of the AV XD team. We are committed to envisioning and crafting simple, thoughtful, enjoyable, and compelling products and services for customers. We are looking for a passionate and proactive storyteller, a creative collaborator, and a and a designer of conversations. The right person loves writing and creating, working with multiple disciplines across digital and physical teams, and communicating with empathy and humanity.

What you ll be able to do:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address their digital content needs and serve as a resource with respect to writing, style, and brand voice.
  • Partner with XD s content strategy, conversational, and streaming content leads to help design inclusive content strategies for AVs.
  • Author digital content in the brand voice.
  • Build content matrices for web, mobile app, in-vehicle and other digital touchpoints, identifying and specifying the appropriate content types.
  • Manage asset organization and specifications that can include multimedia content, video standards, content tracking, versioning, and/or content access and archiving.
  • Researching and staying up to date on the latest technologies, methodologies, content trends, best practices and consumer behaviors.

Skills Required:
  • 5+ years experience in copywriting for digital touchpoints web, mobile app, kiosk and emerging devices.

Skills Preferred:
  • Experience writing for the automotive industry or adjacent industry.
  • Experience conducting research for, writing for, and implementing SEO strategy.
  • Demonstrated excellence in web writing and editing.

Education Required:
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism, communications or English.
