- Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, organizational development, organizational psychology, operations research, or a related field
- 5 years? experience on a software delivery team or relevant experience
- 3 years? professional experience with process improvement
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with leadership, team members, vendors, and service providers to foster collaborative and confident communication
- Experience in the development and implementation of initiatives from strategy through to execution
- History providing insights and recommendations to leadership that have improved engineering team effectiveness
- 1 year of experience in organizational design including workflow analysis, team restructuring, change management, or similar experience
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, organizational development, organizational psychology, operations research or a related field
- Certified in SAFe Agile practices
- Change Management certification such as CCMP or CMS
- Experience leading and mentoring team members and team leaders
- Experience with data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of people leadership practices such as change management, recruiting, hiring, performance management, corrective action, or compensation administration
- Experience with organizational development research and operationalizing outcomes
- Experience with content development for adult learners
- Design Talent Technology prototypes ? partnering with Software Engineers to facilitate the building of the prototype
- Define the requirements for Talent Technology prototypes
- Test prototypes, as well as end-user testing during the building phase to ensure that the acceptance criteria is met
- Partner with Talent Development to develop the technology organization by creating interdependent job expectations, skill-based competencies, recruiting practices, mentoring, training, and ad hoc business area development activities
- Leverage data insights to develop and drive talent programs, build hypotheses, create data sets for analysis, and define success criteria
- Advise technology leadership on strategies, success criteria, and opportunities for business area and operational improvement of potential talent programs
- Participate in technical communities and conferences to stay abreast of leading-edge practices and philosophies to influence active or new technical talent programs
- Provide direction and guidance to support objectives and change in alignment with broader cultural transformation
- Be a change champion and coordinate with multiple teams and leaders within technology to foster adoption of talent programs
- Collaborate with team members and team leaders on challenges, ideas, and improvements to tech talent programs
- Design and implement technical role and workflow changes that impact the software development lifecycle and work with leaders to mitigate cascading dependencies
- Provide data-driven insight and current status of business area improvement programs to technology leadership
- Partner with?Talent Development?to develop materials to educate leaders and team members on Technology?s talent management philosophy, programs, and practices
