Job Summary: Les Stanford Chevrolet and Cadillac is seeking an experienced Incentive Coordinator to join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team. As an Incentive Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all incentive programs for our dealership in Dearborn, Michigan. This is a full-time individual contributor role and offers a competitive salary in the auto industry. Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary in line with experience and qualifications - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all manufacturer incentive programs for both Chevrolet and Cadillac brands - Monitor manufacturer websites and communicate any changes or updates to dealership management - Coordinate with sales department to ensure all incentive programs are properly applied and documented for each vehicle sale - Calculate and distribute incentive payouts to sales staff according to manufacturer guidelines - Collaborate with accounting team to accurately record and report all incentive expenses - Identify any discrepancies or issues with incentive programs and work with manufacturers to resolve them - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in incentive programs to ensure dealership compliance - Provide training and support to sales staff on incentive programs and processes Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar incentive coordination role, preferably in the auto industry - Strong understanding of incentive programs and manufacturer guidelines - Excellent mathematical and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Attention to detail and accuracy - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Prior experience with Chevrolet and/or Cadillac brands is a plus EEOC Statement: Les Stanford Chevrolet and Cadillac is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
