Property Preservation Independent Sub-Contractor (Isabella, Midland, Saginaw , Bay)

Queen Property Preservation LLC is hiring Property Preservation and Lawn Maintenance Vendors/independent Sub-Contractors.

The Followings are the basic types of work that will be mainly performed on Foreclosed residential property.

Debris removal

Snow removal

Grass cut's

Winterizations

Lock change

Lawn Maintenance

Shrub Trimming/removing

Tree Trimming/removing

Exterior & Interior repairs/replacement including fencing, gutters, siding, power washing, etc.

General carpentry including doors, windows, walls, stairways, etc.

Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

Work location: Ability to work on multiple counties.

Requirement: We require our Independent Contractors to carry a general liability insurance policy of at least $1 million as well as the ability to take before, during, and after photos of all work completed.

Sub-contractor should have their equipment and truck/trailers for the required work.
