Business Analyst: Tier 3 / Website

The Tier 3 / Website Business Analyst will work with the Business Lead, Interactive Marketing team to identify, define and prioritize use case pilots. The incumbent will lead use case data management efforts related to segment and audience identification and creation, response measurement and overall SME on leads, Tier 3 media, T1-T3 Adobe website data in the CDP / used in CDP use cases. Responsibilities include defining test and control group based on expected/required customer profiles; monitoring and reporting metrics on a regular basis throughout test period; analyzing and sharing overall test performance in detail across Key Performance Indicators; and interpreting results and concluding as a success/failure/inconclusive. Additional responsibilities include working closely with the sales / website coordinators to identify insights from tests to plan for future tests; participating in bi-weekly sprint planning, bi-weekly program updates, bi-weekly sprint retrospectives and daily stand-ups; and developing & managing user stories within DriveIT representing BA and associated agency work to be performed within each sprint.

• Prior experience in customer segmentation and audience development for the known and anonymous customer
• Prior analytics experience, with demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Presto or Hive and data mining using statistical analysis software
• Proficient with excel and visualization of data analysis
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills, leveraging data to answer business questions
• Intermediate or advance knowledge of statistics and A-B testing
• Experience in being a change agent, with the ability to drive change within the greater Media, Consumers & Analytics and Marketing
