- Provide support and technical assistance to PC Integration customers.
- Answer questions or resolve computer \ OEM software problems for these customers via telephone, PC access software or email.
- Identify root cause of problems, troubleshoot and provide advice to assist end users.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems if necessary.
- May provide assistance concerning the use of desk side tools including hardware, software, printing, hardware/software installation, operating systems, network issues, Web support, and general technical troubleshooting.
- Perform desk side support duties including installation, maintenance, testing, of PC Integration on Customers' computers.
- Troubleshoot problems and takes corrective action.
