• At least 1 year of industry experience in lab management
• Bachelors' degree in electronics or relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to design, maintain and deliver test labs / infrastructure
• Industry experience working with distributed, highly available systems
• Strong communication skills, ability to hold people accountable
• Good to have: Scripting language (Python), Kubernetes, AWS experience
