Cutting Edge Homes Architects & Builders will be inviting a motivated and enthusiastic Staff Carpenter to join our field operations team who will work on our architecturally significant residential remodeling and restoration projects.

This is a growth position with the opportunity to become a Lead Carpenter or Site Supervisor and independently run a project!

Position:

Frame to finish carpenter with a discerning eye for detail

Ensure that work is completed above industry standard

Help manage the layout and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the site

Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company

Significant growth opportunities within the company

Independent problem solver

Willingness to work on a variety of different tasks

Applicant must meet the following requirements:

At least 3 years of high-end residential remodeling experience

Passion for your craft

OSHA 10 and Lead Certification a plus

Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle - must be willing to travel throughout Boston and

surrounding suburbs
