Maintenance Assistant

Maintenance assistant is responsible for repair tasks on a building or property performing simple repairs like replacing light fixtures and bulbs or fixing or replacing leaky faucets, and assisting skilled maintenance technicians with larger projects.

Must have a vehicle

Must Have basic hand tools plus cordless drill and multi tool.

Willing to leard new skills and take instruction well.
