Role: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Watertown, MA

Duration: Direct-Hire

Client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to site on-site in Watertown, MA. Looking for a developer with experience building full stack web applications preferably in public and private cloud environments.

Required experience & skills:

  • 4-6+ years of software engineering experience with significant product development expertise
  • Strong Java & API development experience
  • Experience with modern JS frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, etc
  • Proficient with at least one relational database such as SQL, NOSQL, etc.
  • Hands-on technical design/coding experience on a large-scale web app and a strong understanding of JavaScript ecosystem and web development

Bonus "nice-to-have" experience & skills:

  • Experience with AWS ecosystem
  • Perl Experience
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts
