(US01) Location: Naples, FL This role could be based in either our Waltham (Boston) Mass, or Naples, FL work locations.Main Objective: Business application configuration, optimization, and support in a manufacturing environment.Architect level Aprimo workflow configuration expert, with extensive experience in environment deployment and workflow triage. Technical expertise in advanced Aprimo DAM configuration and integration with the MRM, webhooks, and pagehooks. Maintain detailed technical documentation and testing practices to ensure seamless enhancement releases for stakeholders.Advise on new vendor features and how they can be best utilized with current and future business processes and needs.Focus on delivering innovative and best in class functional enhancement releases that are:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrates expertise in Arthrex core application systems Proficient in application configuration, including add-on products/modules Participates in gathering user/customer requirements Educates users on MRM, DAM and related systems and their functional capabilities Maintains documentation and change control Analyzes business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies Participates in writing specifications for programming projects Mentors junior Application Analysts Manages projectsIncidental Duties:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. ERP Systems SAP and/or Oracle experience preferredb. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Oracle discrete manufacturing experience a plusc. Asset Lifecycle Develeopment Systems (MRM and DAM) - Aprimo and Aprimo DAM experience required Bachelors Degree required. Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Masters Degree preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (Medical Device manufacturing experience is a plus)Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Aprimo or Aprimo DAM certifications a plusMachine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:PC servers, workstations and laptops. Microsoft environment.
