RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire an IT Business Systems Analyst in Waltham, Massachusetts (MA).
Summary:An IT Business Systems Analyst will be working on six to eight IT systems to determine how data regarding gender identity and pronouns could be integrated and stored from Workday into these systems. The analyst will meet with business subject matter experts and document requirements, will reach out to vendors to understand how to use their systems to store needed data, create system integration diagrams, and data mapping documents. The analyst will work with IT integrations team to develop new integrations.REQUIREMENTS: 2-4+ years of IT business systems analysis work Experience writing business requirements documentation, system integration documents, and data mapping documents Experience working with IT vendors Experience with enterprise applications preferredKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
