Please go through the requirement and get back to me ASAP Job Title Environment Architect Work Location Waltham, MA Duration Long Term Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 12 - 15 Years Technical/Functional Skills Must have:

  • Good communication, ITIL certified, good knowledge of SDLC and STLC lifecycles, project experience.
  • Hands-on expertise handling the full life cycle of Environment Management including rolling out of the TEMS Strategy, setting up an environment in alignment to the Release Strategy of the organization at the Enterprise level, monitoring the TEMS Operations on a day to day basis
  • Should have experience in Environment Refresh Methodologies, Provisioning, Change control & Audit.
  • Expertise in change, configuration & release management frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in virtualization, cloud computing and containers
  • Strong communication skills are required for interfacing with developers, ers, system administrators and management
  • Hands-on experience in managing TEMS at an Enterprise level involving multi-tiered technology stacks involving Salesforce, Mulesoft API,SAP, Oracle Fusion, CRIS (Mainframes), GIS
    • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Experience in all aspects of environment management activities including build & deployment management, Environment monitoring, calibrating various environment metrics and tools standardization.
  • Application development knowledge and build concept
  • Proficient in Deployment processes
  • Preferable to have Environment Assessment experience to assess the current state and come up with Environment maturity profiling
  • Should be proficient in identifying the gaps and provide recommendations for the gaps identified, owns & drive the implementation to reap benefits
  • Worked through the various opportunities in Environment management and Process consulting
  • Nice to have TDEMS solutioning experience as part of RFP or proposals related to Environment Management & Data Management Services
  • Lead the environment assessment team and make sure Proof of Concept (PoC) are planned and successfully implemented in alignment to the Release strategy
  • Participate in Release Planning and Strategic Program planning to understand the Non-Functional requirement from non-prod environment perspective and the overall impact to schedules
  • Assess ITIL Service management practices and tools in place, identify the gaps with respect to ITIL standards and implement Best practices
  • Apply Quality Engineering & Transformation (QET) assessment methodology to evaluate the current environment and data maturity level, propose implementation roadmap in transitioning towards high level maturity and define overall Environment management procedures and policies
  • Analyze and audit the process, tools, best practices, governance and regulatory compliances, execute implementation plan on the environment remediation
  • Enable Metrics Lead Governance model thru collation of performance parameters and publish KPI reports like Application Availability and Usability, application health checks for components available across the environment tiers, batch job performance and other requirements
  • Come up with defined Governance plan, prepare various types of reports and make sure the Executive Dashboard, Domain/Portfolio Dashboards, Detailed Reports reflects the correct state and propose any customization
