CMC/CMO Project Manager 1147812 Job Scope & Purpose: Our Waltham based client is seeking an experienced project manager to support cross-functional CMC and CMO teams across all components of a complex drug development program. The incumbent will be responsible for project management oversight for business-critical projects at multiple CMOs and participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that work is successfully executed on-time and within scope and budget. If you have previous experience in a PM capacity for a drug development team, continue reading and consider applying today. Primary Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a related field with 5+ years' relevant industry experience in biopharma manufacturing/business; or master's degree in Science, Engineering or a related field with 3+ years' relevant industry experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with cross functional team management experience; CMC/CMO project management background strongly preferred.
  • Operating skills including the ability to plan and organize the work to marshal resources and get the work done.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic.
  • Strong skills in communication, meeting management, and verbal, written, and presentation skills.
