We are a well-established Design-Build Construction Management Team that services both residential and commercial properties throughout MA and RI. Most of our work comes from referral and repeat clients, and we have worked hard to build our reputation over our past 30 years in business. J.M. Bryson is looking for a qualified individual to complete our team; someone with the experience to match the high standard we set for all our jobs.

Responsibilities:

Must be able to read and understand plans and blueprints

Communicate professionally when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

Manage crews efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget

Perform high quality carpentry on a consistent basis, on all sites, from frame to finish

Minimum qualifications:

5+ Years of Experience as a Lead Carpenter

Valid Driver’s License

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Authorized for work in the US

Preferred qualifications:

Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL)

OSHA Certified
