The Service Delivery Manager oversees the day-to-day delivery of IT services in a manner that meets or exceeds established service levels. While also excelling under time pressures and stressful situations by providing IT solutions guidance to the business. You will work closely with the Global IT Teams as well as Ahold Delhaize Executives and Administrative Assistants.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team that makes effective decisions in high pressure situations
  • Lead a team that supports Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, HR & Payroll applications for Major Incidents and Incident Management
  • Lead a team to is accountable for Major Incident Problem Management
  • Monthly IT VP Cadence meetings - put together content to review for the applications supported under the VP on IT for IT Services for Service Delivery
  • Collaborate with Global IT on IAM, ISIM, and other Security changes that will have impact on users in the US
  • Collaborate with EU and lead efforts in US for Video Rooms in the US (MTR)
  • Provide direction and recommendations to senior level management
  • Responsible for adding predictive reporting for the applications they support

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years in a service delivery role; preferably in an outsourced model
  • ITIL Certified
  • Executive presence and business maturity
  • The ability to facilitate conflict resolution
  • Thrives on building strong business relationships through collaboration
  • ESM software
  • A passion for providing outstanding IT service to our business partners

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Retail Technology Experience
