They need someone to help support their customer base and systems through troubleshooting and debugging any issues which may arise. You will be the intial point of contact in helping to resolve all techncial issues both remotely and in person where required.This is a great opportunity for those with limited/no commercial experience to enter an envrionment where full training will be provided on their systems. They are looking for a confident communicator who can converse with clients, keen to learn new skills and the products they market.
