Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Northampton, MAKey ResponsibilitiesPayroll:

Ensure bi-weekly time sheets are accurate.

Process payroll adjustments.

Maintain payroll files.

Update On-Shift scheduling system.

Prepare month-end payroll entries.

Reconcile payroll accounts.

Handle ad hoc payroll requests.

Accounts Payable:

Process invoices, petty cash, and card transactions.

Handle vendor payments.

Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.

Complete monthly A/P processes.

Assist with foster parent payments.

Reconcile A/P accounts.

Help prepare monthly financial statements.

Assist with annual audit.

Back-up for accounts receivable tasks.
