Scheduling Coordinator - Bilingual Preferred!

Job Description

Beacon ABA Services is seeking a Scheduling Coordinatorwho will be responsible for managing and responding to all incoming phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries through the referral and scheduling phone line, completingnew client registration, obtaining relevant billing and demographic information, answering client questions, and providingassistance to families and staff regarding scheduling concerns.

This Scheduling Coordinator will also responsible for processing, logging, and tracking all incoming Beacon ABA client referrals and maintaining the client waitlist. They will work in conjunction with clinical staff to schedule all appointments for Beacon ABA clientsas well as maintain staff and clients daily schedules through rescheduling of cancellations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required
• Two (2) years of experience in an office or medical practice setting is required
• Strong communication (verbal and written)and computer skills
• Bilingual preferred
