Registered Nurse, Pediatrics, RN

Hours: 24 hours per week, Night Shift, 11P-7A Unit Description: This Medical Surgical/Pediatric 20 bed unit, cares for a combination of Pediatric and Adult patients. With 10 adult beds, 7 pediatric beds and 3 day care beds, this unit provides the opportunity to expand your medical surgical skills by caring for both adult and pediatric patients. In this position you will care for pre and post-op patients, as well as conditions such as pneumonia, asthma, appendicitis, cellulitis, tonsils, etc. You must have experience with rapid assessments, IV starts, assessing lungs, respiratory treatments and providing education for discharge. Qualifications: RN Massachusetts license

In-patient, acute care pediatric RN experience is required, 2 years+ strongly preferred

BSN strongly preferred, BLS and PALS required

NRP preferred
