The Opportunity:

Clean Harbors has an immediate opening for a

Sales Compensation Analyst in Norwell, MA. The person who fills this highly visible position provides design, analytical, and program support services. These services include the research and application of best practices, reporting, analysis, plan design recommendations, application of regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance, transaction audition, audit commission disputes and the like. The Sales Compensation Analyst frequently interacts with managers, directors, and vice presidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Research, analysis, reporting, programming;
  • Commissions processing; ensuring and improving accuracy;
  • Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus (commission/ compensation tool) and reports usage;
  • Provide support modeling site compensation scenarios;
  • Compensation auditing, tracking, and reporting;
  • Support commission dispute and resolution;
  • Other duties as required.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?

  • Demonstrated capability with research, analysis, reporting, and programming using excel and sequel software;
  • Understanding commissions processing plus ensuring and improving accuracy.
  • Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus and reports usage.
  • Experience with auditing, tracking,reporting, and dispute resolution.
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and etc) required;
  • Sales Force, Callidus, and Sequel experience preferred.
