Endpoint System Engineer

job summary:

• 7+ years experience managing IT systems in an enterprise with 5K+ global users
• Proven ability to solve problems using data and root cause analysis
• Extensive experience driving excellent desktop security and user experiences with MECM & SCCM
• Windows 10 upgrades and LCM
• Build and maintain Endpoint management infrastructure
• Mobile device management using MEM
• Azure AD administration experience
• Proven experience developing and deploying global solutions and standards
• Implementation of Security standards

• Windows system and lifecycle management
• strong Endpoint Management expertise (Endpoint Manager and SCCM)
• Office 365 administration skills
• Mobile Device/Application Management skills
• Identity & Access Management: Active Directory, Azure AD, App Proxy, SSO/SAML, MFA
• Cloud-based services, including AWS and Azure
• Experience with programming, APIs, and scripting languages (Powershell, Python, etc.)

• Work as part of an agile team to do the following:
• Enhance our modern management of Windows devices with Endpoint Manager
• Enhance our patching tools and processes
• Enhance our mobile device management capabilities
• Improve security and resiliency of O365 tools
• Support the O365 and Endpoint management tracks of our Zero Trust strategy
• Implement autopilot for zero-touch Windows PC provisioning

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)

• SCCM ENGINEER (3 years of experience is preferred)
• endpoint (3 years of experience is preferred)
• intune (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Windows (7 years of experience is preferred)
