Location:- Dorchester, MA

Description of Work/Position:
  • Work on the migration of our current ATM monitoring tool to Client Vision.
  • Will interact with all different stakeholders to ensure business requirements are delivered on time and within scope.

Language requirements
  • English
  • Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Partners with vendor and others to understand both business and system requirements
  • Define ATM incidents dispatch flow aligned with business requirements
  • Manage vendor contracts and maintenance agreements
  • Document and share knowledge with other team players
