Commercial & Residential HVAC/R - Technician (Falmouth)

Job Title: Commercial and Residential HVAC - Technician

Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Salary commensurate with experience

Primary Job Function: Servicing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial, multi and single family new and existing construction.

Required Qualifications:

- 3+ years Commercial & Residential Service experience

- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing

- Valid state issued driver's license with a clean MVR

- Must be drug-free

- Candidate will possess troubleshooting/diagnostic background of equipment

- Independent problem solving abilities

- Work weekends and overtime as needed

Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:

- Services, installs and maintains residential and commercial HVAC/R systems

- Maintain professional appearance and attitude

- Excellent customer service, communication and team-work skills with clients, contractor representatives, supervisors, co-workers and other sub-contractors

Performance Indicators:

- Accuracy of paperwork including time cards

- Quality of workmanship

- Time management

- Customer feedback
