Front Desk/Reservations Sales Agent, Cape Codder Resort & Spa (Hyannis)

The Reservations Sales agent's primary responsibility is to capture as many reservations as possible by utilizing effective sales techniques. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, sales minded, guest focused and detail oriented with a high degree of computer literacy, the willingness to learn new processes and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment. Bilingual a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with a sales and/or guest service background and does not necessarily have to have hotel experience.
