Job Description: Associate Scientist, In Vivo Pharmacology 1348698

Location: Cambridge,MA (Onsite)

Science/ Focus: Biologic (RNA Therapeutics)

Job Overview: This position will be responsible for performing in vivo experiments to verify target engagement of therapeutic tRNAs in tumor models working cross-functionally with immunology and drug development teams.

Responsibilities:

Execute in vivo procedures to evaluate PK/PD and efficacy of therapeutic candidates.
Execute, troubleshoot, and optimize standard protocols, and survey scientific literature to inform the development of additional assays.
Document research methods and results and effectively communicate findings to the organization.

Requirements:

B.S./M.S. or equivalent degree in related scientific discipline
Experience working with oncology animal models preferred
IV injection/dosing and blood collection via submandibular and/or cardiac puncture
Xenograft/syngeneic tumor model establishment and tumor caliper measurement
