Technology Operations Specialist to join a growing investment firm based in Boston, MA. The Technology Operations Specialist will be the primary day-to-day Global IT interface for the Boston office and will be responsible for providing first and second level support for technology needs. This position will be On-Site! Responsibilities for the Technology Operations Specialist include:- Provide first and second level support for technology needs, including identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues
- Provide VIP support for high-level users, with a focus on discretion and judgement
- Administer security, systems, and cloud services
- Maintain local infrastructure and manage assets
- Regularly report on and communicate with overseas teams
- 5+ years of experience in IT services and solutions
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL process landscape
- Strong Microsoft technology configuration and support experience
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM systems
- Experience providing support to mobile devices
- Familiarity with common video conferencing platforms and experience in managing a busy meeting room AV environment
- Ability to present IT projects and solutions and interact with high-level executives and end users
- Experience with technical and business analysis and presenting results
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of the specificities and constraints of a VIP "white glove" service, with relevant experience supporting VIP users
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
