Client is requesting an eight (8) month term position so this role will overlap with the return of the Senior Marketing Applications Analyst from leave. In addition, there is a strong focus on documentation in this role so there will be a reference point for the returning Senior Marketing Applications Analyst. Although the Event Applications Coordinator will be covering some of the duties of the Senior Marketing Applications Analyst while she is on leave, the volume of work performed by this role cannot be fully covered by the existing team member. In addition, the Director, Business Systems role is now vacant so this role is critically needed to guide the Event Applications Coordinator on more complex requests. location: CAMBRIDGE, Massachusettsjob type: Contractsalary: $35 - 39 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:"Experience creating event registration forms with Certain or another event registration application is preferred"Job Responsibilities:- Works with stakeholders to build, update and troubleshoot new and existing event registration forms using Certain Events- Provides end-user technical support at an advanced level for event registration forms.- Collaborates with business stakeholders to define and document event registration workflows and requirements.- Define workflows and processes based on business requirements- Collaborate with stakeholders on incremental reviews of projects underway in order to collect feedback and adjust requirements and design to ensure project deliverables are on track.- Develops an understanding of underlying data, data structures, and system integrations to ensure data is captured correctly in forms to facilitate business processes and event analytics.- Complies with standards, best practices, and policies defined for the team.- Writes and executes test plans that validate the accuracy of data capture, data integrations, payments, and general form functionality to ensure delivery of high-quality event registration forms.- Tests event registration forms to ensure compliance with ADA accessibility standards.- Manage medium to large technology projects, including managing multiple projects at one time- Provides functional support during project go-lives and busy season including Reunions and Calendar year end. Support includes occasional weekend, evening, and holiday times.The above covers the most significant responsibilities of the position. It does not, however, exclude other duties, the inclusion of which would be in conformity with the level of the position.Required Technical Skills/Knowledge:Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.Additional Expectations:- Experience with Certain Events or an event registration tool is preferred but not required- Experience creating written documentation of procedures, processes, or test plans.- Excellent customer service skills and dedication to high quality service standards.- Demonstrated ability to identify problems accurately and provide timely solutions.- Must have an even disposition and be able to deal effectively and politely with all people from all types of backgrounds and experience and in all types of situations.- Must be conscious of data security and risk management.- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
