MCS Group are seeking to connect with a talented Full Stack Software Engineer for our client in Burlington, MA. With expansion plans in place this is an exciting time to join, you as the Software Engineer will be a key member of the product development organization and a key contributor to the company's SaaS-based web solutions. You will work as part of an Agile development organization and be accountable for working with the team to refine software requirements, provide estimates and design/deliver software while managing timeline commitments as defined by the product roadmap.

You will join an established client who have been in operation close to 20 years but retain a culture that you would experience in a start-up. Our client is continually reviewing their tech stack and leveraging cutting edge technology to ensure they are delivering world class software products to their customers.

The Role

To provide high quality outputs while working within a scrum team
Work as part of a team to develop, enhance and maintain components within a micro service SaaS architecture
Work on multiple projects while providing input on component architecture and design in support of the functional and non-functional requirements
Continuous review of technology stack to ensure company uses cutting edge technology
Analyze system performance, issue triage, and root cause analysis of system issues

The Person

The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience in ReactJS designing and developing full-stack web technologies including Java, Spring framework, AngularJS
Experience working in Agile environment, Test Drive Development, and Continuous Integration
Experience with SaaS and AWS
Active learner of new technologies
A love of problem-solving and a natural curiosity to understand full system behaviour

The Package

Salary up to $125,000 plus benefits including flexible working and only having to attend the office on occasion as opposed to everyday.
