We are working with a globally impactful company that provides technologies and services in the education and collegiate space. They work alongside several north-eastern Boston schools to contribute and improve the education system. They are in need of a Technical Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 and 2 support and play a key role in providing customer support. The role requires a strong technical knowledge and superb communication skills. In the role you'll be working with both Windows and Mac, and using O365, active directory, and Exchange. It's a perfect position for someone with 3-4 years of support experience who wants to expand their skillset.

This is a fully onsite role in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Required Skills & Experience
  • At least 3 years of IT Support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working in a Windows environment
  • Exposure/Experience to Mac tools is a plus
  • Exposure to tools including active directory, O365, and Exchange
  • Ability to work in a customer facing environment
  • Strong communication skills
