A managed service provider for IT and Network support in the Boston Area is looing for a Tier 2 Network Support Engineer to join their team. In the role you'll be responsible for providing general desktop support, working with Windows, Linux, and Active Directory. Additionally you'll be helping the team with networking, focusing on using Cisco Meraki, and doing router troubleshooting. This is a primarily onsite role that requires 4 days a week in Braintree. Driver's license required. Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of tech support experience
  • General networking experience and knowledge of routers/switches
  • Exposure to Cisco Meraki is a huge plus
  • Active Directory experience
  • Previous work using a ticketing system, preferably Connectwise
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal relationship skills
