We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 2 Network Support Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have experience working with Windows/Linux desktop, network connections (ideally Cisco Meraki), ticketing systems (ConnectWise), firmware, router troubleshooting and Active Directory. This is a primarily onsite role that requires 4 days a week in Braintree. Driver's license required. Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki network equipment
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
