Business Analyst with Docusign

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with Docusign with our industry-leading client in Boston, MA.

• ResponsibilitiUsing best practices converts/redesigns existing paper forms into a format suitable for use in an esignature platform, while keeping in mind accessibility standards.
• Knowledge about each use case / document and related business processes
• Acts as a trusted technical advisor for DocuSign products and advanced DocuSign features
• Makes front-end configurations to leverage full functionality
• Participates in use case testing and provides feedback
• Works with internal teams to define critical components of existing CTR Forms.
• Creates strategies for risk mitigation and workflow.
• Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Plans and schedules project deliverables, goals, milestones.
• Identifies and solves project issues.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.es here

• Docusign University Administrator courses, Expertise Recognition Program or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with directly with end users to understand their needs and apply solutions
• Knowledgeable in DocuSign account administration and template creation
• Advanced XML / HTML experience
• Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' direct experience with Docusign or other esignature related tools
• Former local, state, federal government experience preferred
