Construction/ Remodeling Sales/ Project Mgr (Norwood, MA)

Need capable personable construction background (15-25 yrs experience) able to do on-road estimating and combination of supervisory position for construction and waterproofing departments -candidate should be well spoken personable with experience - capable of computer work (download pictures into Salesforce platform - able to write and troubleshoot problem jobs - leads are given daily where we drive to site – ability to write down step by step procedure for job completion for estimates listen to needs and wants of mostly residential customers- utilizing what we offer to propose a solution and put into the computer same day - diagram – verbal synopsis - then estimating department puts a number on the project. The rep will then revisit and attempt to sell job.
