Position SummaryEnsures that STANLEY Healthcare's Real-time Visibility solutions are market focused, innovative, differentiated and driving high margin growth rates. Works with customers, partners and all areas of the company to define and develop new product ideas, enhancements to existing products and product roadmaps. Specific area of responsibility is a Hospitals enterprise-grade platform that aggregates data from a variety of applications, and across multiple verticals. Responsible for establishing STANLEY Healthcare products as the market leader for all relevant domains of the solutions. Strong cross-functional leader working collaboratively and supporting corporate marketing, Solution Management, professional services, engineering, sales and global channel partners.Manages activities such as product planning, customer research, competitive analysis, pricing, and financial performance.Willingness to travel Domestic\abroad (10%)

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Project Initiation - Create and maintain the product roadmap for his/her domain. Includes initiation requests, business case justification, roadmap presentation and approval with the leadership team through a Product Review Board.Strong project management and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects
  • Product Requirements - Collect, formulate and prioritize product requirements and features, by engaging with customers, application partners and solution managers. Write the product requirements document to include product specifications, use cases, functional requirements, graphical user interface, APIs, licensing, and compatibility.
  • Lead prototyping exercises - with customers, evaluateandanalyze results to determine if current design achieve customer objectives and/or how to supplement or modify them:
    • Write functional requirements for Hardware components and supporting configuration software tools
    • Workwith R&D team to implement customer requirements
    • Help validate prototypes with key customer users
  • Product Release and Commercialization - Manage the release of products to the market. Includes beta site testing and validation, technical documentation creation/updating (release notes, deployment guides, datasheets, user guides), marketing collateral and sales tools (application notes, sales presentations, demos, videos), training, pricing creation/updating, and internal/external communication (newsletters, bulletins, press releases, webinars, website, social media).
  • New Solution Development Process - Manage the product lifecycle throughout the relevant phase gates including all documentation, design, development, approvals, reviews, collateral, legal, certification, and pricing aspects.
  • Sales Enablement - Work with customers and Sales team to explore feasibility and availability of new/enhanced solutions and products. This includes technical due diligence with application partners. Enable the Sales team with relevant collateral and tools (application notes, sales presentations, demos, videos and catalogs), training, and take part in sales cycle and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Marketing Support - Support the Marketing team in tradeshows, conferences and events.
  • Market Feedback - Learn from competition and customers in order to ensure the product line is both differentiated in the market and outflanks the competition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to work in customer-facing environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+years of domain expertise in Product Management with a minimum of 1 year in Hardware Product Management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • 3+ years of experience with Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), RFID, RTLS, BLE location-based technologies
  • 3+ years of experience inhealthcarewith solutions in the hospitals Market- Advantage
