Temporary Immigration Attorney - Boston

Our law firm client is seeking a full-time in-person removal and family immigration associate who will assist in all aspects of their immigration practice including appearing in removal proceedings, preparation and submission of family and humanitarian applications, drafting of legal memorandums, motions and briefs, assist in federal immigration cases. This position is ideal for attorneys who want to practice complex removal and family immigration at a high level of excellence as a member of a collaborative team. DutiesPrepare affirmative applications to USCIS, CBP, and DOSRepresent clients in removal proceedingsRepresent clients before family courts Conduct legal research and assist in writing briefs to EOIR, BIA and federal courtsDraft legal documents and motions.QualificationsHave passed the Massachusetts bar or ability to waive in2-6 years of Immigration law experience through prior employmentAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
