Attorney needed to field personal injury inquiries, communicate directly with potential Personal Injury clients, and coordinate the sign up process if it is a viable case. A positive attitude and great customer service skills are a must. Travel is required and must be available to regularly speak and meet with clients during evenings and weekends. Responsibilities:

The intake specialist is the face of our firm and is often one of the first people clients will speak with after undergoing a traumatic experience. Candidates must be understanding and also be able to demonstrate that our firm is ready and willing to fight on their behalf.

Duties Include:

Being available around the clock to communicate with prospective clients.

Researching, investigating, and assessing liability fact patterns.

Tracking, researching, and working up client files

Responding to new client questions

Assisting with miscellaneous tasks
